Pitteri Violini S.p.A. Industriale & Commerciale was born from the 1960 merger
between the company VIOLINI UGO, founded in 1902 and specialized in the manufacture of crankshafts for engines,
and the company Pitteri, established in 1928, specializing in the production of transmission units such as
propeller shafts, u-jointand clutches.
The tradition of precision mechanical machining merges with our vocation of service and with a range of products
built for the original equipment and spare parts market, thus starting a production recognized for its quality,
originality and excellent design features.
Starting in the 1960s, thanks to the progressive implementation of exclusive representation agreements for Italy
with many of the world's major producers in the sector, our traditional production activity has been flanked
by distribution, first to complete the available range of products, and subsequently expanded to make it our
primary corporate mission.
In recent years Pitteri Violini S.p.A. has incorporated the company AICA SPA,
active in the components market for more than 60 years, thus giving rise to its own division (END USERS DIVISION)
specialized in the international supply of industrial spare parts.
